Product Expert

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Expert based in Romania.

The Product Expert will help developers, founders, and growth teams understand how a subscription monetization platform can support their business goals. This customer-facing role combines product education, inbound sales, technical guidance, and relationship building to turn initial interest into meaningful progress.

The successful candidate will lead discovery conversations, deliver tailored product demonstrations, answer practical questions, and guide prospective customers toward the right next steps. Working closely with sales engineering, account executives, support, and other teams, they will ensure customers receive helpful guidance and seamless handoffs.

The role also contributes to improving demos, resources, and internal processes by sharing customer insights and recurring questions. This is an opportunity for someone with strong product knowledge, curiosity about app businesses, and a proactive mindset to shape a growing function within a remote-first international team.
