As a Product Manager, Billing & Collections, you will shape the strategy and roadmap for critical billing, subscription, payment, and collections products within a global fitness technology environment. You will help transform complex financial workflows into reliable, intuitive experiences that support business operators and their customers.

Working at the intersection of product strategy, payments technology, and customer experience, you will identify opportunities to improve payment success rates, reduce involuntary churn, and strengthen revenue recovery. You will collaborate with engineering, design, data science, finance, legal, and customer-facing teams to deliver impactful product solutions.
