Product Manager, Billing & Collections

As a Product Manager, Billing & Collections, you will lead the strategy and development of essential billing, subscription, payment, and collections solutions within a global fitness technology environment. You will transform complex financial workflows into seamless, reliable, and intelligent experiences that help businesses manage revenue and strengthen customer relationships.

Working closely with engineering, design, data science, finance, legal, and customer-facing teams, you will shape product roadmaps that address customer needs and business priorities. You will leverage analytics, experimentation, automation, and emerging AI capabilities to improve payment success rates, reduce involuntary churn, and optimize revenue recovery.
