Product Manager, Corporate Actions

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager, Corporate Actions based in Netherlands.

As a Product Manager, Corporate Actions, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for critical post-trade operations within a rapidly growing financial infrastructure environment. You will oversee the systems, data quality, vendor relationships, and workflows that ensure corporate actions are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Working at the intersection of product, engineering, operations, and compliance, you will turn complex financial requirements into scalable, reliable solutions. Your work will support the expansion into new asset classes, international markets, and institutional partnerships.

You will also help automate operational processes while maintaining the accuracy and controls required in a regulated financial services environment. This role offers the opportunity to shape essential brokerage infrastructure and progressively expand your impact across clearing, reconciliation, and financial data integrity within a globally distributed team.
