We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and growth of a personal lending product within a digital financial services environment. In this role, you will own the full product lifecycle, from discovery and opportunity assessment to launch, optimization, and long-term evolution.

You will combine customer insights, market intelligence, and data analytics to build accessible, competitive, and financially sustainable credit solutions. Working closely with teams across Risk, Credit, Collections, Compliance, Technology, Marketing, and Data, you will balance customer needs with business performance and regulatory requirements.

You will drive product decisions through experimentation and measurable outcomes, optimizing the customer journey while managing credit risk and profitability.
