Who Are We Looking For We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Product Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building impactful solutions.

You should be strategic, customer-focused, and execution-oriented — capable of translating business needs into product strategy, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch. If you excel at identifying opportunities, shipping valuable features, and continuously improving products based on data and feedback, this role is for you.

Key

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for payment solutions.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and user feedback to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, UX, compliance, operations) to define product requirements and deliver high‑impact features on time.
• Drive payment product improvements focused on user experience, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
• Prioritize product backlog, manage releases, and track key metrics (e.g., approval rates, churn, transaction value).
• Partner with risk, fraud, and compliance teams to ensure secure, compliant payment flows across regions.
• Work with business development and partner managers to integrate new payment methods and gaming partners.
• Continuously analyze performance data to optimize features and support business goals.

Who Should Apply

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in payments, fintech, or gaming industries.
• Deep understanding of payment technologies, gateways, processing flows, and anti‑fraud controls.
• Familiarity with FasterPay platform or similar global/local payment solutions is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and define actionable product improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of regulatory environments and cross‑border payments.
• Experience working with SDKs, APIs, and technical product specifications.
• Understanding of UX best practices for checkout and onboarding flows.
