Product Manager, Payments Infrastructure

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager, Payments Infrastructure based in Portugal.

As a Product Manager, Payments Infrastructure, you will shape the core systems that enable secure, reliable, and scalable money movement across multiple markets and currencies. You will own the technical roadmap for payment processing, settlement, ledger systems, virtual accounts, and banking integrations.

Working closely with Engineering, Product, Treasury, and Compliance, you will ensure transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. You will help optimize payment routing, liquidity management, and cross-border settlement across traditional banking and stablecoin networks.

This role offers the opportunity to influence critical infrastructure decisions in a fast-moving fintech environment serving emerging markets. You will combine technical product expertise with strategic thinking to strengthen system resilience, expand payment capabilities, and support sustainable growth.
