Job

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for US equities Margin Trading, Short Selling or Options Trading.
• Define product requirements and drive cross-functional delivery across Engineering, Risk, Trading, Operations, Compliance and Clearing Brokers.
• Design margin, buying power, risk control and liquidation workflows to balance user experience, regulatory requirements and platform risk.
• Collaborate with clearing brokers and upstream providers to integrate financing, securities lending, option clearing and settlement capabilities.
• Coordinate with Legal and Compliance to ensure products comply with regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions.

Job

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 3–5+ years of financial product management experience within fintech/online brokerages, traditional financial institutions (Investment Banking / Prime Brokerage), or leading crypto trading platforms.
• Proven success in building from scratch (0-to-1) or deeply optimizing Margin, Short Selling, or Options trading systems.
• Deep understanding of the underlying risk management logic for securities margin trading, including but not limited to margin rules and purchasing power algorithms.
• Familiarity with US equity clearing and settlement infrastructure (e.g., DTC/NSCC). Hands-on integration experience with major US clearing brokers (e.g., Apex Clearing, Velox, Instinet) or upstream vendors is highly preferred.
• Strong familiarity with US market regulations, particularly Reg T (Regulation T), Portfolio Margin, and relevant FINRA/SEC compliance requirements is a strong plus.
