How You Grow At GEP

We recognize people who make a genuine difference, work hard and drive achievements. Results are noticed and rewarded. It’s how you will grow a career at GEP, and in a much shorter time frame than at other firms.

Celebrating Everyone

GEP succeeds through the ideas and creativity of our team members so we embrace people of all experiences, nationalities, abilities, cultures, races, gender identities, sexual orientations and ages. What makes you unique and different is celebrated and will help GEP stand out even more. And we are a women-founded and -owned company so our foundation is making GEP a great place to work for women, a place where women can learn, advance and give back.

What You Will Do

As a Product Marketing Analyst, you will be the bridge between Product, Marketing and Sales for GEP Quantum Intelligence, GEP's AI-powered platform for procurement and supply chain. You will own launch planning for new capabilities in Brazil and, in some cases, globally. You will also make sure every release reaches the market with the right positioning, that our commercial teams are ready to sell it, and that GEP captures the most value from what we build.

  • Define and execute launch plans for new products and features: goals, target audience, launch tier, timeline, channels and success metrics.
  • Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Support.
  • For global launches, work with GEP's marketing and product teams in other regions to adapt strategy and materials to each market.
  • Develop positioning, value propositions and key messages by persona (e.g., CPOs, category managers, procurement and finance teams) and industry, and keep messaging consistent across website, campaigns and sales materials.
  • Define and maintain the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), buyer personas and core use cases, based on market research and client conversations.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, objection-handling guides, demo scripts and client case studies.
  • Deliver product and competitive training to Sales, Pre-sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends, run win/loss analyses and gather client feedback, turning insights into recommendations for Product and Sales.
  • Support pricing and packaging discussions for new capabilities.
  • Plan adoption campaigns for the existing client base with Marketing and Customer Success.
  • Track launch performance (adoption, influenced pipeline, conversion, use of sales materials) and optimize based on results.

What Should You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Knowledge in product marketing, B2B marketing or related roles (sales enablement, competitive intelligence), preferably at a software company.
  • Proven track record leading product launches with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced English, with the ability to lead meetings with international teams (day-to-day work is in Portuguese). Spanish is a plus.
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to turn complex, technical topics into clear and compelling messages.
  • Experience creating content and training for sales teams.
  • Data-driven mindset to measure the impact of launches and campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several launches in parallel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with enterprise sales (long cycles, multiple decision-makers) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of procurement, supply chain or AI-powered enterprise software is a plus.
