Product Owner

Role Requirement

• Minimum 3 years of experiences in product owner
• Proven ability to take end-to-end ownership of one or more digital products, from discovery to delivery.
• Strong capability in defining, developing, and maintaining the product vision, roadmap, and measurable product goals.
• Hands-on experience in managing and prioritizing product backlogs, including backlog grooming and refinement.
• Ability to make clear and timely decisions during sprint planning and delivery, ensuring alignment with product objectives.
• Proficient in creating and prioritizing Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria, while maintaining high delivery quality and team collaboration.
• Strong communication skills, fast learning ability, and a product-oriented mindset with solid technical understanding (not purely Business Analyst–focused).
• Mandatory technical exposure to microservices architecture and ability to perform SQL queries for analysis and validation.
• Good understanding of IT environments, systems, and technical skill sets to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Willing to work fully on-site (WFO) at South Jakarta
