We’re Hiring: Product Owner – Digital Manufacturing & WMS

Are you an experienced Product Owner passionate about transforming digital manufacturing and warehouse operations?

We are looking for a high-performing leader to take charge of our product backlog and drive innovative solutions in supply chain and manufacturing.

📍 Role: Product Owner

🎓 Education: B.Tech / B.E. (Degree in CS, Engineering, or related technical field)

⏳ Experience: 10+ Years (with 5–7+ years as a Product Owner in Agile environments) If you bring 10+ years of tech experience with a deep foundation in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and manufacturing supply chains, this role is built for you.

Key

Responsibilities:

• Backlog Ownership: Define, refine, and prioritize user stories, features, and epics to deliver maximum business value.
• Bridge Vision to Execution: Work with Product Managers to translate strategic vision into actionable, testable development requirements.
• Agile Leadership: Collaborate daily with engineering teams across sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary interface for internal and external stakeholders, balancing business needs with engineering capability.
• Domain Leadership: Apply deep domain knowledge in WMS, inventory management, material flow, and manufacturing processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must-Have Skills: Product Ownership, Digital Manufacturing, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong technical acumen to navigate complex engineering trade-offs.
• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies (CSPO certification is a strong plus).
• Outstanding communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
