Key Responsibilities

Do you know how to maintain product offering competitiveness using market trend insight? Are you an innovator who loves to solve problems, with a keen interest in financial markets?

• develop, manage and enhance the advisory and distribution product shelf across Brazil and Latin America, with a focus on Real Estate strategies, including FIIs, private real estate funds and other real asset solutions.
• lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from idea generation and due diligence to approval, onboarding, launch, monitoring and product exit.
• conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of investment opportunities, assessing performance potential, liquidity, valuation, risks, fees, governance and client suitability.
• oversee product maintenance, risk management, ongoing monitoring, reporting and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal standards and local regulations.
• monitor market, industry and regulatory trends to identify emerging investment themes and propose new products or enhancements to existing solutions.
• prepare investment materials, due diligence reports, product proposals, risk assessments and recommendations for governance and approval committees.
• partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, investment managers and regional/global teams to deliver relevant solutions and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• provide specialist support to advisors and UHNW clients through product education, market updates, training sessions and communication of investment opportunities and associated risks.

The team

You’ll be working in the Private Markets Brazil team in GWM LatAm, based in Sao Paulo. We’re responsible for developing the local and global product offering for iliquid alternatives and managing Fund of Funds focused on private estrategies (PE, VC, RE, Infra and Special Sits). As a product specialist working seamlessly together with many other parts of our business, you’ll help ensure that our offering reaches every client in the simplest, quickest and most impactful way.

We are in the process of connecting into the global structure of UGA and being part of this process is a game changer. We will open the doors of the global powerhouse of international investments to local clients.

Your Skills And Experience

• solid experience in asset management and/or wealth management, preferably in a similar role.
• strong knowledge of Private Markets and Real Estate investment products, particularly Brazilian FIIs and private real estate structures, with experience in product due diligence, investment analysis, product governance and risk assessment.
• bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• methodical, detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess product risk, regulatory considerations and product suitability.
• strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience supporting client-facing activities, portfolio management discussions and advisor engagement.
• ability to contribute to the development of tools, process enhancements and technology solutions through programming.
• CFA, CAIA and/or CGE certifications are an advantage; availability to work in a 100% onsite model.
• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
