Program Analyst

Join a mission-driven team dedicated to improving emotional wellness and strengthening community-based support services through data-driven insights. As a Program Analyst, you will transform complex datasets into actionable recommendations that enhance program performance, service quality, and organizational impact.

You will support Family and Youth Peer Support Services (FYPS) across multiple sites, ensuring accurate reporting, reliable data collection, and consistent performance measurement. Working closely with program leaders, quality improvement teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders, you will help identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.

You will also develop reports, dashboards, and analytical tools that inform strategic and operational decisions. This remote opportunity offers meaningful collaboration, technical leadership responsibilities, and the chance to contribute to better outcomes for children, families, and communities. Candidates must be based in New York City and available for quarterly in-person meetings.
