Program Manager – ASTRA Risk Manager

This role provides portfolio-level leadership for risk and opportunity management while directly managing smaller programs and special projects.

You will establish a disciplined operating rhythm for identifying, assessing, mitigating, tracking, and closing risks across an evolving portfolio.

The position offers broad exposure to engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, finance, contracts, security, and subcontractor teams.

You will help leadership understand cross-program threats, dependencies, technical maturity, schedule performance, resource constraints, and cost exposure.

The role combines strategic portfolio oversight with hands-on program execution, including schedules, milestones, staffing, materials, deliverables, and recovery actions.

You will contribute to mission-critical programs involving high-reliability technologies, national security missions, and advanced RF and space-related capabilities.
