Program Manager - Finance

This role provides financial oversight for multiple national programs focused on resettlement and community support. You will partner closely with finance leadership and program directors to manage budgets, forecasts, reporting, spending controls, and financial compliance. The position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial information across both internal programs and subgrantee organizations.

You will analyze budget performance, identify financial trends, advise leaders on spending and staffing allocations, and develop practical tools to strengthen financial management. The role also supports monitoring visits, audits, financial training, and the implementation of consistent accounting practices across a distributed network.

Strong knowledge of nonprofit finance, government funding requirements, and Uniform Guidance is important for success. This is a full-time remote U.S. position requiring reliable connectivity, proximity to an airport, and occasional domestic travel.
