Program Manager

The Program Manager will lead the successful delivery of a portfolio of complex consulting and design engagements across multiple clients.

This role combines program oversight, people leadership, resource planning, operational excellence, and client delivery.

You will lead and develop Project Managers while partnering with senior consultants and technical teams to translate client objectives into effective delivery strategies.

The position is responsible for maintaining strong performance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and client expectations.

You will identify delivery risks, resolve escalations, improve processes, and establish scalable project management standards.

The role offers an opportunity to influence both individual engagements and the broader evolution of project delivery practices.

This is a remote U.S.-based position with up to 20% travel.
