Program Manager, Membership & Engagement

This role offers the opportunity to drive membership growth and engagement across key Latin American markets, with a particular focus on Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Chile. You’ll translate regional strategy into practical programs that strengthen acquisition, retention, and member value. The position combines market research, partnership development, chapter support, events, and stakeholder engagement.

You’ll collaborate with global teams, volunteer leaders, faculty advisors, universities, research institutions, and industry partners across diverse cultural environments. Your insights and execution will help shape localized approaches while contributing to broader international objectives.
