Project Coord Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Coord Analyst based in the United States.

This role supports the coordination and delivery of utility and infrastructure projects within a complex, highly collaborative environment.

You will work closely with Project Managers, construction teams, contractors, and institutional stakeholders to keep projects organized and progressing smoothly.

The position covers project scheduling, documentation, reporting, communications, site logistics, and workflow coordination across multiple project phases.

You will contribute to projects involving chilled water, steam, hot water, electrical, HVAC, and renewable energy infrastructure.

Your attention to detail will help maintain accurate information, timely responses, strong document control, and effective project communication.

The role combines office-based coordination with regular site involvement and offers exposure to both construction administration and capital project management.
