Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager based in the United States.

In this role, you will oversee commercial real estate, construction, and facilities-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations. You will manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, design reviews, and construction coordination across multiple phases of delivery.

Working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and property management teams, you will ensure clear communication, effective collaboration, and high-quality project outcomes. You will also monitor financial performance, assess project changes, and identify potential risks before they affect delivery.
