Property Claims Examiner III

This role is responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving complex property insurance claims, with a focus on losses exceeding $300,000 in damages. You will assess coverage, documentation, appraisals, and verified damage to support fair and timely claim settlements. The position works closely with policyholders, independent adjusters, claims management, and legal counsel when litigation is involved.

You will manage claim reserves, authorize payments within your authority, and ensure claim files remain accurate, compliant, and well documented. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential when gathering information and reaching appropriate settlements.
