QA Analyst Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a QA Analyst Lead based in India.

We are seeking an experienced quality assurance professional to lead testing strategy and champion software quality across a portfolio of generative AI (GenAI) initiatives. In this influential role, you will establish QA standards, strengthen automated testing practices, and embed quality considerations throughout the software development lifecycle.

You will work closely with developers, product managers, and engineering leadership to identify risks, improve test coverage, and ensure reliable delivery of innovative AI-powered solutions. Combining strategic oversight with hands-on testing expertise, you will help teams detect issues early and continuously improve their engineering practices.
