QA Automatizado - Líder COE

This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a senior QA professional to become a key technical and people reference across Software Quality, Testing, and Automation. You will lead the development of QA professionals while shaping standards, frameworks, governance, and best practices across multiple projects and clients.

The role combines technical depth with people leadership, capacity planning, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement. You will drive modern Quality Engineering practices, including Shift-Left Testing, CI/CD integration, automation, and AI-assisted testing. You will also help define technical roadmaps and strengthen the maturity, efficiency, and scalability of QA capabilities.
