Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and improve quality standards across a portfolio of furnished apartments throughout Canada. In this remote role, you will evaluate property conditions, housekeeping performance, maintenance standards, and overall presentation to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience.

You will use inspection reports, photographs, guest feedback, and operational data to identify recurring issues and implement effective corrective actions. Working closely with housekeeping teams, maintenance providers, and local operational partners, you will strengthen service quality and vendor accountability.

You will also develop inspection procedures, quality scoring systems, and preventive improvement plans to support measurable results.
