Quality Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to oversee workflow management and quality assurance for school photography projects. In this seasonal, fully remote role, you will coordinate incoming jobs, distribute assignments across the quality control team, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.

You will balance workloads, identify bottlenecks, and follow up on delayed or incomplete tasks to keep operations running smoothly. Alongside coordinating workflows, you will perform hands-on image editing and quality checks to ensure photographs and customer data meet established standards.

You will collaborate with photographers, quality control colleagues, and training teams to address recurring issues and improve processes.
