This is a high-impact population health role connecting clinical expertise, quality improvement, analytics, and partner relationships. You will serve as a trusted advisor to partner organizations, helping them translate ACO quality data into practical strategies that improve patient outcomes.

Using risk stratification and population health analytics, you will identify care gaps, uncover opportunities, and turn insights into measurable action. The role combines data-driven problem solving with meaningful collaboration across clinical and executive stakeholders. You will work closely with quality improvement teams and clinical leadership to influence workflows, training, and interventions.
