Quality Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Specialist to help ensure school photography images and customer data meet high standards of accuracy, consistency, and presentation. In this seasonal, fully remote role, you will review and edit photographs before they are delivered to students, families, schools, and graduates.

You will be responsible for maintaining consistent image cropping, positioning, lighting, and subject information across photographers and regions. By identifying and correcting issues before delivery, you will help reduce remakes, protect customer privacy, and improve the overall customer experience.

You will also collaborate with photography and training teams to address recurring quality issues and strengthen workflows. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and balancing quality with seasonal deadlines.
