Real Estate Valuation Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Real Estate Valuation Consultant based in Canada.

As a Real Estate Valuation Consultant, you will play a key role in assessing commercial real estate assets, reviewing appraisal reports, and delivering reliable, data-driven valuation insights. You will work across diverse property types, including industrial, retail, residential apartment, office, land, and development assets, applying sound judgment to complex valuation challenges.

Collaborating with analysts, third-party appraisers, clients, and internal teams, you will ensure valuation assumptions are accurate, defensible, and aligned with applicable professional standards. You will combine market research, financial modeling, and property-specific analysis to support informed investment and asset management decisions.

In addition to managing valuation assignments, you will coordinate delivery processes, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and mentor junior team members.
