Recruiter

This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in scaling a mission-driven organization by attracting and hiring exceptional talent across clinical, technical, and operational functions. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.

Working closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership, you will provide strategic guidance and market insights throughout the hiring process. You will build diverse talent pipelines, engage both active and passive candidates, and strengthen the overall candidate experience.
