Regional Business Director –West Region (OGSIVEO)

This field-based leadership role will oversee commercial performance and a team of Territory Business Managers across the West Region. You will own regional sales strategy, execution, resource allocation, and team development while building strong relationships across the rare disease healthcare ecosystem.

Working closely with Commercial Operations, Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Patient Services, Human Resources, and senior leadership, you will translate business priorities into effective regional action. You will coach and develop high-performing teams while maintaining strong customer and partner relationships.

The role combines strategic planning, people leadership, customer engagement, and deep knowledge of rare disease and sarcoma markets. It is suited to an experienced pharmaceutical leader who thrives in a dynamic, highly competitive environment and is motivated by improving outcomes for patients with rare diseases.
