Regional Sales Director, National Security Group

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Sales Director, National Security Group based in United States.

The Regional Sales Director will lead a field-based sales organization focused on driving new and expansion revenue across U.S. federal national security accounts. This senior leadership role combines team development, strategic account management, complex deal leadership, and executive-level customer engagement.

You will shape regional sales strategy, build high-performing teams, and guide opportunities through complex government procurement environments. The role requires close collaboration with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Renewals, distributors, and systems integrators to accelerate adoption and long-term growth.

You will also help translate customer and field insights into product direction and go-to-market priorities. This is an all-remote opportunity with significant influence across major public-sector accounts and a strong focus on innovation, accountability, and measurable results.
