The Regional Vice President will drive annuity sales and develop strategic relationships with financial advisors across Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Northern Wisconsin. This field-based role focuses on growing distribution through bank and broker-dealer channels while helping advisors identify retirement solutions that meet their clients’ needs.

You will develop territory sales strategies, strengthen existing partnerships, and expand the network of active producers. By combining product expertise, market intelligence, and disciplined sales execution, you will help advisors grow their businesses and achieve ambitious sales goals.

The role offers an opportunity to represent a portfolio of retirement products in a relationship-driven financial services environment. You will work closely with sales leadership and leverage in-person and virtual engagement to build brand awareness and generate new business. This is a remote position with extensive territory travel, expected to reach up to 75%.
