Renewable Senior Performance Engineer

This role is a hands-on technical position focused on developing and scaling Workday HCM and Payroll solutions within a complex global environment. You will design, build, and deploy custom Workday Extend applications and sophisticated integrations that support critical workforce processes.

The position serves as a bridge between technical and functional teams, translating business requirements into scalable and reliable solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand institutional needs and deliver high-quality applications and integrations. The role offers significant technical ownership across Workday development, integration technologies, reporting, and application support.

It is well suited to an experienced Workday professional who can work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams. The position follows a mostly remote hybrid model, with remote work more than 60% of the time.
