Retail Sales Director

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail sales leader to build and scale a North American retail business within a fast-growing international portfolio of beauty and consumer brands. The Retail Sales Director will take ownership of the retail channel, expanding existing partnerships and securing new national accounts.

Working in a founder-led, entrepreneurial environment, this individual will shape retail strategy, drive commercial growth, and establish scalable processes from the ground up. The role offers significant autonomy and direct collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Based remotely in Miami, Florida, the position involves working closely with international colleagues and traveling regularly across the United States, with occasional visits to Israel. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening market presence and advancing the company's long-term omnichannel strategy.
