Revenue Operations Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Revenue Operations Manager to build and scale the revenue infrastructure for a new Home & Auto insurance business unit from the ground up. In this role, you will own the design and implementation of CRM systems, sales processes, reporting frameworks, and operational workflows that support customer acquisition and retention.

You will serve as the primary owner of HubSpot, developing scalable system architecture, automations, integrations, and data governance practices. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations, you will transform evolving business needs into practical processes and actionable insights.

You will also establish reliable performance metrics, improve visibility across the customer lifecycle, and ensure that system changes are adopted effectively.
