This role owns the strategy and execution of a comprehensive review generation program across customer and enterprise segments. You will lead a team of campaign specialists and managers, setting priorities, goals, and performance standards that drive meaningful review participation. The position combines team leadership, community building, campaign strategy, and data-driven optimization.

You will work closely with content, research, customer success, and enterprise stakeholders to align review initiatives with broader pipeline and business objectives. A key focus will be developing an engaged reviewer community through recognition, incentives, and ambassador-style programs.
