Sales Development Representative (English-speaking)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a small, ownership-driven team at an AI business communications software company. You will own the English-speaking top of the sales funnel, qualifying prospects and passing strong opportunities to Account Executives to support revenue growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing and identify prospects ready for a demo.
• Run outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Build and improve outreach sequences by forming hypotheses, testing results, and iterating.
• Coordinate qualified demo handoffs to Account Executives and support customer onboarding.
• Help shape sales development processes and take ownership of day-to-day execution.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least one year of sales experience, ideally in outbound sales or telesales.
• Hands-on experience with SDR top-of-funnel work, rather than primarily enterprise Account Executive experience.
• Experience with multichannel outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn, including refining outreach sequences.
• Native or C2-level English proficiency.
• B2B SaaS sales experience is preferred.
• A competitive, metrics-driven approach and motivation to perform in a commission-based environment.
• Willingness to work from Vienna for approximately one to two months temporarily.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary

£50,000 to £75,000 annually. The role offers uncapped commission. Visa sponsorship is not available.

On-site in London, England, United Kingdom, with a temporary work period of approximately one to two months in Vienna, Austria.
