Sales Development Representative (German-speaking)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the sales team at a growing AI communications SaaS company and own the German-speaking top of funnel. You will turn inbound interest into qualified demos, while developing outbound strategies and helping improve the SDR process. Strong performance can create a path toward an Account Executive role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage German-speaking prospects from first contact through qualified demo handoff to Account Executives.
• Qualify and prioritize inbound leads generated by marketing.
• Reach prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Build, test, measure, and improve outreach sequences and sales hypotheses.
• Help refine SDR workflows and support customer onboarding during handoff.
• Work toward progression into an Account Executive role through strong performance.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Relevant sales experience, ideally at least one year in outbound sales or telesales; promising junior candidates may also be considered.
• Native-level German and confident phone communication, plus strong professional spoken and written English.
• Experience with multichannel outreach and designing, testing, and improving sales sequences.
• B2B SaaS sales experience is beneficial.
• A competitive, output-oriented approach and interest in working in a fast-growing startup environment.
• Ability to test ideas, learn from results, and improve outreach processes.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Annual salary range: €60,000 to €90,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.

This is an on-site role in Vienna, Austria.
