This remote role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and sales support within a solutions-focused engineering environment. You will serve as a product subject matter expert, helping System Integrators, end-user customers, and sales teams adopt advanced building automation technologies.

The position offers hands-on exposure to IoT integrations, APIs, networking, programming, Linux, and containerized technologies. You will lead technical sessions, demonstrate product capabilities, support customer onboarding, and help teams successfully implement new solutions. Close collaboration with engineering and product teams will keep you at the forefront of evolving technologies and product capabilities.
