Sales Insights and Category Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven commercial professional to shape category growth and strengthen market share across retail channels in the tea and consumer goods industry. In this remote role, you will combine category management expertise with advanced sales insights to identify growth opportunities and influence customer strategies.

By integrating retailer, consumer, shopper, and market data, you will turn complex information into actionable recommendations that improve assortment, pricing, promotion, merchandising, and innovation decisions. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and leadership teams to develop compelling strategies and customer-focused selling stories.

Building trusted relationships with retail partners, you will help deliver sustainable growth for both the business and its customers while enhancing the consumer experience.
