Sales Operations Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Operations Manager based in India.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on leadership role supporting the operational backbone of a B2B SaaS sales organization. You will help scale a Product-Led Growth and Sales-Assist model by improving processes, systems, data quality, and sales productivity. The role combines Salesforce expertise, automation, analytics, process design, and people leadership in a true player-coach environment.

You will work closely with BDR and Account Executive teams to strengthen pipeline execution, lead routing, conversion, forecasting, and operational consistency. Your work will directly influence how efficiently sales teams operate and how effectively prospects move from product engagement to enterprise opportunities.
