Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Ain Sokhna. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in Real Estate, Insurance, or Hospitality, with strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting Monte Mar’s services, building long-term relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Promote Monte Mar’s services and present suitable solutions to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct sales meetings, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into customers.
• Negotiate offers and close deals to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of proven sales experience.
• Experience in Real Estate, Insurance, or Hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English is preferred.
