Sales Support Specialist

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will help keep order and operational processes accurate, organized, and running smoothly. You will manage essential order, shipment, customer, and operational information across spreadsheets and internal systems. Your attention to detail will help ensure records remain current and reliable for teams that depend on accurate data.

You will also support SKU and item setup, maintain shared trackers, and assist with routine operational activities. The role requires someone who can quickly learn new systems, adapt to changing priorities, and identify discrepancies before they create downstream issues. You will work closely with your supervisor and other teams in a structured, detail-focused environment.
