Salesforce CRM Project Manager

Lead large-scale Salesforce implementation projects that drive business transformation, operational efficiency, and organizational growth. In this role, you will partner with senior leaders, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to deliver CRM solutions that align people, processes, and technology.

You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and resource allocation to implementation, change management, and operational readiness. By managing risks, dependencies, budgets, timelines, and performance indicators, you will help ensure successful delivery across multiple business units.

You will also champion stakeholder engagement, continuous improvement, and standardized project management practices within a complex, global business environment.
