This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Salesforce Technical PM based in India.
This remote role leads the end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce initiatives, with a strong focus on Service Cloud Voice and voice-enabled contact center solutions. You will combine technical Salesforce expertise with structured project and program management to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions.
The role spans planning, Agile delivery, technical oversight, release management, testing, and production readiness. You will coordinate architects, developers, business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership across multiple workstreams. The position also provides broad exposure to Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, data migration, and Salesforce governance.
It is an opportunity to drive high-impact transformation projects while improving delivery standards and technical execution.
