SAP Plan to Produce Business Process Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SAP Plan to Produce Business Process Lead based in the United States.

We are seeking an experienced SAP business process leader to guide the Plan to Produce workstream within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation. This business-focused role centers on redesigning operational processes to achieve measurable business outcomes, rather than simply implementing technical solutions.

You will lead fit-to-standard workshops, align stakeholders around SAP best practices, and translate business requirements into effective process designs. Working across interconnected workstreams, you will resolve dependencies and ensure process integrity throughout design, development, and deployment.

Your expertise will help connect production planning, manufacturing execution, quality, and inventory management into a cohesive operating model. This contract opportunity is ideal for a strategic thinker who combines deep manufacturing process knowledge with practical SAP transformation experience.
