SAP SAP Digital Customer Engagement Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SAP Digital Customer Engagement Manager based in Brazil.

Lead customer engagement and stakeholder alignment across complex SAP Cloud Transformation programs.

In this strategic, customer-facing role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between clients, SAP, implementation partners, and technical teams.

You will coordinate cloud transformation initiatives, helping organizations navigate SAP landscape migrations and SAP S/4HANA transformations.

By overseeing governance, executive communications, risk management, and escalation processes, you will help ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives.

You will collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, SAP Basis, and operations teams to support migration planning, cutover readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
