Senior Account Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the sales team at a B2B legal technology company focused on contract intelligence. You will help German mid-market businesses improve how they manage contracts by building relationships with decision-makers and guiding opportunities from first outreach through signed agreement.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Identify and prospect target accounts across the DACH market, using outbound and account-based sales approaches.
• Build relationships with business leaders and stakeholders in legal, procurement, and operations teams.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery through negotiation and contract signature.
• Develop an understanding of customer needs and communicate how contract intelligence solutions can address them.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Three to six years of B2B SaaS sales experience as an Account Executive or senior Sales Development Representative.
• Demonstrated full-cycle closing experience, including outbound prospecting through signed contract.
• Experience running outbound or account-based sales motions in the DACH market.
• Fluent German at native or C2 level, with the ability to engage German mid-market decision-makers.
• Experience selling to mid-market businesses; exposure to legal, procurement, or operations buyers is beneficial.
• Legal technology, contract management, or early-stage company experience is helpful.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary is €80,000 annually, with €160,000 OTE (on-target earnings, base plus variable). Equity is included. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. Candidates must currently be based in Munich.
