Senior Advisor, Supervision- Advertising Review

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Advisor, Supervision- Advertising Review based in the United States.

This role provides senior-level supervisory guidance across advertising, marketing, social media, and business communications in a highly regulated financial services environment.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to financial professionals, marketing teams, corporate functions, and other business partners.

The position combines regulatory expertise, risk assessment, independent judgment, and practical problem-solving to address complex and sensitive matters.

You will review communications, research evolving regulatory questions, and translate requirements into clear, actionable guidance.

Beyond individual reviews, you will identify trends and control gaps and help strengthen supervisory programs, policies, processes, and training.

The role offers significant cross-functional exposure, including collaboration with Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and senior business stakeholders.
