Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist based in India.

This is a senior individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of an international affiliate marketing program. You will drive partner recruitment, activation, retention, performance optimization, and revenue growth across a diverse global network. The role combines relationship management with strong analytical and commercial decision-making to improve CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion quality, and partner ROI.

You will work with product reviewers, publishers, content creators, comparison platforms, cashback partners, and online communities. Success will depend on your ability to turn performance data into actionable strategies, optimize commercial structures, and identify new growth opportunities.

You’ll collaborate closely with Creative, Product, Brand, Data, Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams in a highly cross-functional environment. This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact on acquisition and revenue while building a scalable, high-quality affiliate ecosystem.
