Senior Agent Product Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a customer-facing product team at a Series A fintech AI company, helping enterprise customers deploy AI automation across complex operations. You will connect customer needs with technical delivery, guiding implementations that improve operational performance while meeting enterprise requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Scope and lead customer projects from discovery through implementation, integration, and launch.
• Understand customer objectives, systems, and workflows, then tailor AI agent capabilities to address their operational needs.
• Track performance data and use insights to improve effectiveness and demonstrate measurable customer value.
• Support pre-sales work, including proof-of-concepts and technical due diligence, and manage handoffs to implementation.
• Partner with AI, engineering, and sales teams to represent customer needs and inform product direction.
• Build scalable onboarding and implementation processes for consistent customer outcomes.
• Manage project risks and governance, including compliance, security, and responsible AI considerations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 5 years in forward-deployed, customer-facing technical roles delivering enterprise software or AI platform implementations.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, system integrations, and technical solution design in enterprise environments.
• A record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects from scoping through implementation.
• Experience using SQL, data warehouses, or analytical tools such as BigQuery to evaluate operational or product performance.
• Experience supporting pre-sales cycles, including designing and running proof-of-concepts and technical due diligence.
• Ability to find pragmatic solutions that balance customer goals with technical feasibility, and communicate clearly with technical teams and senior leaders.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or another regulated industry is valuable, as is familiarity with AI/ML products, agent-based automation, customer implementation playbooks, or AI governance.
